Due to construction, effective March 25, 2024, the Western District of Missouri’s Kansas City District and Bankruptcy public counters, as well as the Probation and Pretrial Services offices, will be open to the public for the limited hours of 10:00 AM to 3:45 PM. The Springfield and Jefferson City hours remain 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. These hours are subject to change without further notice. The drop box remains available for filings as well. All items deposited in the drop box for filing should be sealed in an envelope.
