Open for comment 7/1/2016 Proposed Bankruptcy Rules 3015 and 3015.1, relating to the national model Chapter 13 plan, were published for public comment today. Proposed revised Rule 3015 requires use of the national official plan form unless a District adopts a local plan that meets the requirements of new proposed Rule 3015.1.
