The MOW Bankruptcy CM/ECF system will not be available for filing from NOON on July 6th until 8:00 AM July 9th. The Court will be converting to the Next Generation (NextGen) system. This means that a new functionality will be used to allow access to the Bankruptcy Court using one log-in and password for all federal NextGen courts where you have permission to file. Per Local Rules, deadlines for July 6-8 will be extended for 2 days due to the extended down time.

YOUR MOWB CM/ECF PASSWORD WILL STOP WORKING at NOON ON JULY 6, 2018!  Watch for emails from the Court on June 18th and 29th with further instructions on how to upgrade your PACER account.
