The following proposed changes to the Local Rules for the Western District of Missouri
are available for your review and comments:

Rule 77.2 Deleted in its entirety.
Rule 58.1 Reference to Local Rule 77.2 deleted and subsections corrected accordingly.
Rule 16.1 Reference to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1)(E) corrected to 26(a)(1)B) due to Fed. R. Civ. P. changes.
