Clerk’s Office – Tuesday Hours Extended for Walk-In Customers

To accommodate customers who visit the courthouse in person, the WDMO Clerk’s Office (District and Bankruptcy) will be expanding its public hours one day a week in all locations, including Kansas City, Jefferson City and Springfield. 

The new hours will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every Tuesday, beginning the week of November 2nd.  Hours of operation for the intake windows on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will remain 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

This extended time will assist those who need to visit the Court on the way to or going home from work.  Note, however, this program is being introduced on a test basis until February 2, 2010.  At that time, usage during the expanded hours will be assessed, and it will be determined whether a permanent change would be beneficial to customers.
