New District Judge Brian C. Wimes
| Confirmed by the Senate on April 23, 2012, Brian C. Wimes was sworn in as a U.S. district judge for the Western District of Missouri on April 30, 2012. A formal investiture ceremony will be held later this year. However, Judge Wimes has begun his official duties and will preside in courtroom 7D in the Whittaker courthouse. |
