Notice of Unavailibility: Bankruptcy CM/ECF Offline, Beginning Sunday, July 17 at 6 a.m. through 12 Noon

The Western District of Missouri Bankruptcy Court will be performing system maintenance beginning at 6 a.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2011 and continuing through no later than 12 noon. Bankruptcy CM/ECF will be unavailable during this period. This will not affect District CM/ECF. While we may be able to bring CM/ECF back online before 12 noon on Sunday, filers are cautioned to expect the system to be offline until then.

We do not wish to alarm anyone who has a filing deadline during this time. Should you have concerns about your ability to serve your clients due to this downtime, please contact one of the following managers:
