Notice of Scheduled Power Outage For Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013
The KC Courthouse for the Western District of Missouri will be without power on Saturday, January 12, 2013, beginning at 4 a.m. and will not be restored until later that evening. This will necessitate the shutting down of our servers sometime after 6 p.m. on Friday, January 11.
The status for the following systems during the outage are as follows:
- Bankruptcy Court CM/ECF - Read only. No ability to file.
- District Court CM/ECF - Read only. No ability to file.
- Internet site - Available
- e-Juror - Not available.
- Jury Model Instructions - Not available.
- Vendor Management System (VMIS) - Not available.
The respective Electronic Case Filing Systems (CM/ECF) will be available for read only purposes during the designated period. The ability to file will not be available. We do not wish to alarm anyone who has a filing deadline during this time. Per Administrative Procedure, if the ECF System is unable to accept filing continuously or intermittently over the course of any period of time greater than one hour after 12 noon on that day, filings due that day which could not be filed solely because of such technical failure shall be due the next business day.
