Notice of Limited Access: District Court and Bankruptcy Court CM/ECF
Beginning Saturday, Jan. 14 from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. Central Time
PACER access for the Western District of Missouri District AND Bankruptcy Courts will be intermittent on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. central time due to maintenance being done by the PACER Service Center. Filing documents in CM/ECF will not be affected. However, users wanting to view reports, such as a docket sheet, while in CM/ECF may experience problems in viewing a report as this takes the user to the PACER system.
We do not anticipate any disruptions in filing documents. However, please remember per Local Rule/Administrative Procedure, if the ECF System is unable to accept filing continuously or intermittently over the course of any period of time greater than one hour after 12:00 noon on that day, filings due that day which could not be filed solely because of such technical failure shall be due the next business day.
