from attorneys registered for electronic case filing or
are accepted by mail or in person at the Clerk's Offices
in Jefferson City, Springfield, and Kansas City. All filings
by attorneys should conform to the General
Order for Electronic Case Filing Procedures. See our

ELECTRONIC FILING: Registered attorneys should
file at http://ecf.mowd.uscourts.gov.
DROP BOX FILINGS: Diskette and paper filings can
be made by drop box at the Charles Evans Whittaker Courthouse
located at 400 E. 9th Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
The drop box is available for filings between 4:30 and
6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
All fees and requirements apply as if you were making
your filing in person.
