or are accepted by mail or in person at the Clerk's
Offices in Jefferson City, Springfield, and Kansas City.

DROP BOX FILINGS: Diskette and paper filings
can be made by drop box at the U.S. Courthouse located
at 222 N. John Q. Hammons Parkway in Springfield, Missouri.
The drop box is located inside the main entrance of
the Courthouse. All fees and requirements apply as if
you were making your filing in person.

DROP BOX FILINGS: Diskette and paper filings can
be made by drop box at the Charles Evans Whittaker Courthouse
located at 400 E. 9th Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
The drop box is available for filings between 4:30 and
6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
New cases as well as motions and other documents can
be dropped in the box and will be file-stamped for the
date received. All fees and requirements apply as if
you were making your filing in person. Your filings
should be packaged in an envelope before they are deposited
into the drop box.
