As of December 4, 2000, we accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card
Methods for Payment:
The Cardholder presents a credit card in person
as form of payment; or
Payments for new cases, notices of appeal, and motions to appear pro hac vice can be made on-line during the process of filing the document(s); or
The Cardholder has signed an Authorization
Form and the same is on file with the Court. The form authorizes
the Court to charge the credit card for Court-related expenses.
The Court will assign a password when a authorization form
is processed which can be presented by anyone associated with
the attorney/firm in place of the actual credit card.
